Description

Rolling Plains Construction is hiring Safety Managers and Safety Representatives to supervise safety protocols for projects in Arizona as well as across the United States. To be considered for Manager positions, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and hold an OSHA 510/500 or CHST certification.

Provide training and guidance to team members

Requirements

Qualifications

•         5 or more years of safety experience
•         OSHA 510/500 or CHST, ASP or CSP
•         First Aid/CPR Certification
•         Safety Construction Experience
•         Strong Safety knowledge in construction and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
•         Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•         Able to direct a team with clear & concise direction
•         Reliable, self-motivated, professional
•         Valid Driver License

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

•         Must be able to stand, walk, climb and more throughout each shift
•         Must be able to work in outdoor environments throughout each shift
