All project assignments are located throughout the United States. Candidates must be willing and able to travel full-time and work remotely from project sites across the country.
All travel-related expenses are fully covered by GPC.
Job Overview
Global Power & Construction Inc. (GPC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the United States.
This is a 100% travel-based position ideal for construction professionals who enjoy working on diverse projects in different markets nationwide. As the on-site leader, you will oversee all field operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, maintain project schedules, and ensure exceptional project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
- Strong commercial and industrial construction background.
- Experience managing ground-up construction, site work, concrete, structural systems, framing, MEP coordination, and finish trades.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and schedules.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel nationwide 100% of the time.
- Must be comfortable working away from home for extended project durations.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as project schedules require.
- Travel throughout the United States based on active project assignments.
Work Environment
