We’re growing—and looking for experienced full-time Framing Supervisors who want consistent work, strong team support, and the opportunity to lead projects with real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate framing crews on active job sites
- Manage daily schedules, workflow, and productivity
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans
- Enforce safety standards and maintain compliant job sites
- Communicate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and teams
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in wood framing, construction supervision, or crew leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction safety and quality standards
- Ability to manage schedules, crews, and priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with decision-making ability
- Familiarity with construction tools/technology is a plus
- Relevant certifications (OSHA, etc.) preferred but not required
- Experienced lead framers or foremen ready to step into a supervisor role are encouraged to apply
