We’re growing—and looking for experienced full-time Framing Supervisors who want consistent work, strong team support, and the opportunity to lead projects with real impact.

What You’ll Do

•   Lead and coordinate framing crews on active job sites
•   Manage daily schedules, workflow, and productivity
•   Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans
•   Enforce safety standards and maintain compliant job sites
•   Communicate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and teams
•   Troubleshoot job site challenges and keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

•   Proven experience in wood framing, construction supervision, or crew leadership
•   Strong leadership and communication skills
•   Solid understanding of construction safety and quality standards
•   Ability to manage schedules, crews, and priorities
•   Problem-solving mindset with decision-making ability
•   Familiarity with construction tools/technology is a plus
•   Relevant certifications (OSHA, etc.) preferred but not required
•   Experienced lead framers or foremen ready to step into a supervisor role are encouraged to apply
