Toscano Clements Taylor are independent cost estimating and cost management firms with numerous minority and small business certifications. Toscano Clements Taylor was established in 2007 and is led by three partners who have worked together for the past 12 years: Kimberlee Toscano, Roger Clements and Ian Taylor. With 14 people on staff including quantity surveyors and specialists in mechanical and electrical trades we are able to support a large volume and variety of project types. TCT Cost Consultants was established in 2010 and is based in Washington, DC to support our federal clients including the Architect of the Capitol and USACE, amongst others.
With offices in NY, DC, and NJ we have national experience and in depth local knowledge across the U.S. We have active projects in the Caribbean and Middle East. Our staff has a comprehensive and proactive approach to cost estimating & cost management.
