Description

This is a unique position, working part-time or full-time, to help grow Robert Siegel Architects. We are an award-winning design practice, based in Katonah, New York.

The Office Manager will assist on-site with, and in some cases take responsibility for, all aspects of running our practice. Responsibilities may include:

  • Firm culture
  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Finance
  • Human resources
  • Project management
  • Information technology
  • Materials library
  • Staff continuing education
  • Myriad large and small tasks


Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience as an office manager for an architecture firm. You will be responsible for keeping track of the big picture, identifying potential areas of improvement, and excel in these areas:

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask  
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction
  • Interpersonal skills
