Acheson Doyle Partners Architects (ADP) is an award-winning, New York City-based, mid-sized architectural firm with an extensive portfolio of high-end residential, luxury hospitality, historic preservation and institutional projects. We have a substantial number of private membership clubs, hotels and residences completed and in the works.
We are seeking a Project Manager who is resourceful and efficient, with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving, especially within the context of hospitality with an interest in historic preservation. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, in-person studio environment. We are proud of the exceptional service we deliver to clients across a variety of project types and phases.
Requirements
To be considered, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Professional degree from an accredited school
6-8 years of architectural project management experience
Strong design and graphic skills
Demonstrated ability to work with clients and consultants
Ability to lead multiple teams and advance projects of different types and scales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup/Rhino (Revit preferred)

ADP Architects offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including 401K and performance-based bonuses. We hire carefully and for the long term. The salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience and motivation.
