We are hiring for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager.   This position is full-time, in office.   


What you’ll do:
  The L&D Manager is responsible for identify and delivering training needs for team members nationwide.  The individual is an innovative, and creative learning professional with a learner focused mindset. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, organized, and able to analyze performance needs, identify appropriate learning solutions, and design innovative and scalable functional learning programs for rand* employees. 



Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • Understanding and ability to apply adult learning theory
  • Understanding of new and current training methodologies, theories, and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of Performance Consulting
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps and make recommendations for improvement measures
  • Design and develop classroom and eLearning modules that leverage adult learning principles and concepts for learner engagement
  • Facilitate classroom training to deliver knowledge, skills, and system information
  • Facilitate conversation and discussion among subject matter experts
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify a solution and deliver a product with measurable results
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating training locally and company-wide for all instructor-led or in person modules
  • Responsible for developing, delivering and managing curriculum for each company position



Preferred Candidates will also possess the following skills:

  • Experience working in a Learning and Development department.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with instructional design tools, including Cornerstone, Rise, Storyline 360, Vyond, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in writing clear and accurate documentation
  • Project Management skills and abilities
  • Understanding of adult learning concepts and curriculum development 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field from an accredited University required
  • Association of Talent Development certifications a plus
