*Please note: this position works out of our Boston office 3x per week, with the option to work from home 2x per week.
Responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst partners with corporate accounting and regional peers to assist in the management of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Review and analyze regional, sector and office monthly financial statements.
- Development of ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by senior management.
- Partner with regional finance to identify and implement enhancements to reporting and analysis.
- Provide account analysis and detailed backup on key line items for use in decision-making.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for the region.
- Develop and maintain budget and forecast reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience required. Public Accounting experience preferred. Experience in construction, engineering or similar industries preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Additional Role Specific Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills. Must have experience with consolidation. Strong Excel skills a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
