Description
Our Phoenix Office is seeking qualified candidates with 7-10 years of experience working as or with a licensed Landscape Architect to join our talented team. Candidates should be passionate about our profession, self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic, must display strong creative skills and adaptability for different project types. The ability to work well in an energetic and collaborative culture is a must.
- Candidates should have a strong ability to provide high quality, client-focused design and planning solutions.
- Candidates should be AutoCAD proficient and be adept at creating Construction Document packages.
- Candidates shall show successful experience managing projects at a variety of scales and project types.
- Experience in providing staff mentorship.
- Excellence in organization skills.
- Excellence in communication skills.
- Drive and self-motivation to solve problems and continue to improve and expand skill set.
- Thorough understanding of construction details, specifications, and construction document packages

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants.
- Manage project budget and schedule.
- Prepare construction document sets, including construction details, layout, grading and planting plans. Includes providing review for staff.
- Produce project graphics such as 3D Models, Analysis Diagrams, and Plan Renderings.
- Lead in all phases of a project’s evolution from planning and design to construction documents, specifications, and construction observation.
- Takes an active role in an office-wide initiative or committee of choice, in alignment with personal strengths.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning or Urban Design from an accredited College or University.
Landscape Architecture Professional License preferred.

AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite
SketchUp Microsoft Office
Lumion Hand Graphics - Preferred:
