Description

• Oversee all phases of projects from initial client consultation to final installation.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and consultant teams (civil, structural, MEP).
• Produce comprehensive construction documents.
• Manage junior level designers to ensure production standards and deadlines are met.
• Provide plant and hardscape material recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.        
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a landscape architecture firm.
• Excellent communication skills and dedicated customer service.
• Exhibit a strong knowledge of and experience with design software such as Autodesk, Land FX, and Adobe Creative Suite, Mac experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate exceptional free-hand and digital graphics abilities.
• Understanding and ability to translate design graphics to construction documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local (Southeastern United States) horticulture.
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead staff.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to conduct site visits with personal vehicle.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week in a collaborative team environment. 

Pay and benefits will be commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
