Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrative Coordinator to support our client contract processes. This role will work closely with senior leadership, to manage the administrative aspects of client agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will bring 57 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction or professional services industries.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of client contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate contract execution and maintain organized records of signed agreements.
- Track contract status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain version control and ensure consistency across contract templates and language.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate contract revisions and approvals.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external client requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the legal and executive teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 57 years in contract administration or legal support, ideally in a general contracting or professional services environment.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with contract language and basic legal terminology.
